Purely Presents: Roman Chamomile

The plan, Roman Chamomile, is also known as “plant’s physician” because it has the ability to benefit other plants that are nearby. Chamomile tea is quite well-known in many parts of the world due to its soothing and calming properties. Roman Chamomile is a small plant with white flowers and a hairy stem.

The oil extracted from this plant has a cooling ability and is therefore quite often used in aromatherapy and massage. This essential oil is also used for calming the senses. It is excellent for occasional sleeplessness because of its sedative nature.

Roman Chamomile essential oil, in its undiluted form, has a powerful smell and hence is used in aromatherapy quite often. The sweet, apple-like aroma gives a sense of calmness and sometimes even sedates the user who inhales it for a long duration of time.

Primary Benefits

  • Calms and relaxes the mind and body
